Data consists of name, types, countries, transboundary groundwater recharge, man-made components and number of inhabitants of the area occupied by the aquifer.Renewable transboundary groundwater resources is categorized as: very high, high, medium, low and very low.
Data is obtained by calculating the long-term mean transboundary groundwater recharge, including man-made components, divided by the number of inhabitants of the area occupied by the aquifer.
