To provide data on flood events during the past 10 years in Dakar.
Data consists of mapped difference of the coastline between 2003 and 2019.
Dataset contains: number of flood events, flood hazard levels and estimation of areas threatened by tidal waves and coast erosion.
Data is collected through summing up the flood occurrences and reclassification. Estimates are based on available reports and press releases.
