To highlight and endorse "Self-supply" as a strategic option for improving access to water and sanitation in rural areas of Sierra Leone. Specifically, the focus is on villages with a population of less than 150 people, where subsidized conventional water supplies may not be feasible or available in the near future.
Water point management types (eg: NGO, none, community group, private owner, etc) and type of payment for water (No payment, per jerri-can, metered, etc) for districts in Sierra Leone.
