To assess the sustainability of the Millennium Water and Sanitation Program in Senegal (PEPAM/USAID) implemented from 2009–2014. The evaluation aimed to improve sustainable access to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) in four regions of Senegal by collecting direct observation and water quality data for each water point.
The research focused on evaluating the sustainability of the Millennium Water and Sanitation Program (PEPAM/USAID) in Senegal. Implemented from 2009–2014 by Research Triangle Institute (RTI) and a consortium of partners, PEPAM aimed to improve sustainable access to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) in four regions of Senegal. The dataset consists of direct observation and water quality data for each water point included in the evaluation, providing insights into the performance and sustainability of water infrastructure in Senegal.
Data entails water points, water quality, village id, problem water point, sample id, contamination, public latrines, urban sanitation health center latrines and others.
