Dataset Objective

This dataset was created by Global Land Analysis & Discovery) lab at the University of Maryland and supported by Global Forest Watch.

Data contains four global areas with area shape and length that are of likely tree cover loss in near-real-time.

Data was collected using 250-meter resolution MODIS imagery.
