Renewable energy is defined as the contribution of renewables to total primary energy supply (TPES).
An interactive graph showing the per cent contribution of renewables by country excluding solid biofuels; Graph data is exportable to CSV; multiple years of historical data for this indicator can be downloaded via the OECD data explorer (https://www.oecd.org/en/data/datasets/oecd-DE.html). The indicator is measured in thousand TOE (tonne of oil equivalent) as well as in percentage of total primary energy supply.
