To show boundaries and locations of protected and proposed protected areas in Cameroon.
The data was collected partly to document all the protected and proposed protected areas in DRC
The dataset contains the names of protected areas, their categories/type (national park, national reserve or wildlife sanctuary), total area in hectares, the shape length, shape area, status of the protected area (gazetted or proposed) and the date gazetted (if gazetted).
Data represented using topographic mapping.
