Dataset Objective

To provide high and low resolution elevation in forested ecosystems in the coastal zone of West Africa.

Context

It includes values within 200 kilometers of the coast. ACE2 was created by synergistically merging the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) data set with Satellite Radar Altimetry within the region bounded by 60 degrees N and 60 degrees S.

What is included

This dataset contains the coast name, latitude, longitude, country name, country code, forest type and ocean name.
