Dataset Objective

To provide data on the wastewater influent samples from Slovenian wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs).

Context

The interactive map provides color coded dots for latest results of presence, in red, or absence, in green, of SARS-CoV-2 virus in wastewater.

What is included

The data includes a view of trends of SARS-CoV-2 concentrations per monitoring location, the location of the wastewater treatment facilities, people monitored, and sampling frequency

Collection Methods

The data is provided by the NIB - National Institute of Biology, and trends are calculated using regression analyses
