To collect data for baseline impact evaluation and baseline monitoring data for the compact Roads Project on the rehabilitated roads.
The activities are intended to enhance access to markets through investments in the road network.
Data contains information on travel time along the roads, access to social services (e.g., schools and healthcare centers), access to markets for goods and services, the type, volume, and value of transported goods, and economic activity levels.
Data was collected using a sample survey on traffic, business, road maintenance actors, and Household essential socioeconomic services.
