The calculation methodology involved the following steps: |1. Assessment of WASH situation in 101 schools in Liquiçá Municipality. | 2. Participatory two-day workshop with sector stakeholders to agree inputs to the life cycle costing. |3. Discussions among municipal government’s cross-sectoral WASH team to fill data gaps. |4. Calculation of the life cycle costs for each school in Liquiçá as well as total costs at the municipal Level using an Excel-based tool.
