To analyse the progress of the Cholera epidemic in Malawi (2023-24)

The dataset contains weekly data on the progress of the 2022-2023 cholera epidemic in Malawi. It has 1,886 observations and 8 variables, focusing on weekly cholera cases and deaths, as well as cumulative cases and cumulative deaths over the outbreak period.
The data were compiled from cholera surveillance and outbreak monitoring activities conducted in Malawi, using reported public health records and disease monitoring systems associated with cholera response activities.
