The dataset includes geospatial point data representing official water quality monitoring locations distributed across the Hawaiian Islands. It contains information on monitoring site locations, geographic coordinates, site identifiers, designated water quality sampling stations, and associated spatial boundaries covering monitored coastal and marine areas across Hawaii.
The dataset was developed using monitoring site information collected by the Hawaii Department of Health Clean Water Branch and compiled by the Hawaiʻi Statewide GIS Program.
