To show the boundaries and locations of oil and natural gas mining activities allocated to companies by the government.
“Oil and gas concessions,” refer to areas allocated by the government to companies who explore for and produce oil, natural gas and other hydrocarbons.
Data contains 1932 records of oil and natural gas mining locations and names, permit code, concession type, the type of mineral mined, the area shape, area length, mining type, company name, status, the total area covered in hectares, districts, province, and global identification number.
Data were obtained from government agencies, NGOs, or other organizations.
