This dataset was collected from 2020-01 to 2020-02 and produced by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI).
Data contains information on all the irrigated areas where vegetables are cultivated in the East Shewa zone of the Central Rift Valley, household characteristics, income-generating activities, assets, and details on vegetable activities collected from 810 farmers that were interviewed
Data was collected using a farmers' sample survey. The unit of analysis was the individual farmer. The collection mode was an in-person interview using a structured questionnaire.
