To map out health care facility access and usage in Nigeria.
Data contains: vulnerability categorized by type of health facility i.e. primary or secondary and accessibility. Areas less than 30 minutes away from a secondary facility are the least vulnerable and areas further than one hour from either a primary or secondary facility are the most vulnerable. Vulnerability from limited usage is ranked into five categories by quintile. Areas with high quintile are considered to be the most vulnerable. Vulnerability is measured in a1 to 5 scale, with 5 indicating the highest level of risk and 1 the lowest risk level.
