To show major factors hindering crop production.
This dataset was collected by the International Water Management Institute.
Data contains the area settlement names and the scale of crop production factors/constraints. These factors are water availability, knowledge, soil fertility, distance, pest infection, agricultural equipment, government policies, among other constraints. The scale are categorized as 4 = severe problem, 3 = problem, 2 = minor problem, 1 = not a problem.
Data was collected through village surveys.
