To provide information on the total food crops produced in Mauritius.
It covers the period 2017 to 2019.
Data contains the total production of vegetables by month in tonnes for various food crops (bitter gourd, calabash, chouchou, voehm, cucumber, gourgette, patole, pipengaille, pumpkin, squash, beet, broccoli, carrot, echalotte, eddoes, ladies finger, leek, lettuce, manioc, petsai, sweet pepper and sweet potato) in the year 2017 to 2019 in Mauritius.
Data was obtained from the ministry records collected by the use of farmers' records.
