To show the total selected food crops harvestable areas in Mauritius by districts.

Context

Data covers the period 2014 to 2019.

What is included

Data contains the total monthly harvested area in hectares for selected crops (banana, beans and peas, cabbage and cauliflower, creepers, groundnut, maize, mix vegetables, onion, pineapple, potato and tomato) by 48 districts in Mauritius for the period 2014 to 2019.

Collection Methods

Data was collected by the use of farmers' records, weighing schemes and price collection surveys.
