The dataset was collected to help the world bank in understanding the stakeholder's perception with them, gather systematic feedback from stakeholders with respect: to the general environment in Gabon, attitudes toward the World Bank Group, future of the world bank in Gabon, the effectiveness of the world bank, knowledge, work, attitude and information sharing and to strategize country programs.

The data touches on challenges facing Gabon, transport, water and sanitation, food security, economic growth, health, education, global integration, job creation, rural/urban development, environmental sustainability, and agricultural development.
Data was collected using a sample survey administered to 222 stakeholders drawn from various government departments and NGOs.
